What does 931 Delivers do?
931 Delivers is a delivery service that picks up your food, groceries, and other merchandise and delivers right to your home or office.
What is the delivery fee?
The Delivery Fee is based on the distance from the restaurant or store to the delivery address. On most deliveries The cost is $2.75 for the first 4 miles and 85 cents per mile over that. There is an exception on Pre-paid orders from the vendor and also Vendors that are located out of our normal Pickup Zone.
How long does it take?
Our average delivery time is 40 minutes but tthis can vary depending on traffic, restaurant cook times, orders in our queue, and other factors. You will be given a quote time at the time of your order. We make that quote time 99.9% of the time.
Do I Tip My Driver?
There is a tip automatically applied to your order that goes to the driver. You are welcome to add to it, but it is not required.
How do I Pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. We no longer accept Cash Payments.
Where do you deliver?
We are serving Coffee, Warren, Franklin, Cannon, Moore, White, Marshall, and Bedford Counties. Our Partner sites, www.blueraiderfood.com serves all of Rutherford County (Murfreesboro) and www.RiverCityFood.com serves all of Hamilton County. (Chattanooga)
What happens if my order is wrong?
We will do everything we can to get it right. If the food is messed up by the restaurant, we will try and get it replaced for you. We cannot re-purchase the food if they refuse. If it is an ordering error on our part, we will gladly replace and redeliver at no charge. If the ordering error is on the customer's part, we do not replace or re-deliver without a new order being placed. As we hope there are no problems with food preparation, this is not something we can control. If there is a problem with food quality or incorrect items, we must be contacted within 15 minutes of delivery so we can send a driver to pickup the incorrect food and return to the restaurant. **** On Deliveries that are in Rural areas, we must be notified within 5 minutes to catch our driver before he is to far away. ****
What happens if my driver can't find my house?
Drivers will call you if they are having trouble finding your delivery address. Keep in mind that just because one driver was able to does not mean all drivers will be able to. If our drivers are unable to reach you with the telephone number provided, he or she will wait until the end of our quote time before canceling the order and moving on, but you will still be charged full price for the order.
What happens if I threaten or curse at my driver?
We will have to cut ties with you as a customer. Any orders placed with your name or address will not be fulfilled.
Can I Order from multiple places?
Yes, delivery charges will apply for both places.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Are the menu prices the same as in the restaurant?
Sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't. Some restaurants have automatic fees on to go orders. Some are partners and some are not. There are a couple of factors in play in where some of the menu items may be priced differently than in store.
What is the Service Fee?
This is a percentage of your order added to the bill for ordering through out site. Each vendor is different. But you will be quoted before submitting your final order.
